Movement Reset Hour (aka, Awareness Through Movement lessons)

In these classes I will guide you through gentle movements that unfold as a “movement riddle”. We’ll use slow gentle exploration to increase your awareness of how you move now and to discover new and more comfortable ways to move. Each class lasts about 45-60 minutes and is designed to restore mobility, reduce tension, and expand your movement options. Each week will focuse on a different theme — from freeing the shoulders to improving walking or unwinding hand tension.
