Hi, I’m Anita — a movement therapist.

After years of struggling with chronic pain, I discovered a way to reset how my body moves— The Feldenkrais Method— and it changed everything.

Now I’m excited to share this work with my community.

I offer one-on-one and small-group movement lessons that help people release chronic tension and discover more comfortable, efficient movement.

Through slow, guided movement explorations, you’ll learn to notice patterns in how you move — and gently update them so your body can organize itself more easily.

The Problem
